How do you price your service?
Our pricing is based on the time required to properly clean a yard up to 1/8 acre, which represents our standard service size. Yard size directly impacts walking distance and service time, so larger properties may require a size-based adjustment to ensure thorough, consistent service.
How does billing work for recurring services?
Recurring services are billed monthly. Your monthly price is calculated by averaging weekly services over a 52-week year. This means your bill stays the same every month, even in months that have five service weeks. There are no surprise charges—just one predictable monthly payment.
What if my pet is in the yard?
No problem at all! Our team loves dogs and is happy to work around your pet while we clean.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No, you don’t need to be home. As long as we have access to your yard, we can complete the service. We’ll send a text notification the morning of each scheduled visit, so you always know to expect us.
How do you ensure the safety of my pets?
Your pet’s safety is always a top priority. We secure your gate after every visit and provide a photo confirmation when applicable. All equipment is sanitized between yards to prevent the spread of germs and our team is trained to spot potential health concerns in pet waste and notify you if anything looks unusual.
How do you handle bad weather?
Safety comes first—for you, your pets, and our team. If weather conditions make it unsafe to service your yard, we’ll simply resume at your next scheduled visit. We then perform double duty on the following visit to catch up on missed waste. This ensures your yard gets back to normal with no additional charge to your monthly service.
